McLaughlin (ASN: 38136774), United States Army, for conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in connection with military operations against the enemy while serving with the Medical Detachment, 10th Armored Infantry Battalion, 4th Armored Division, at Guebling, France, on 14 November 1944.
