Worth Harrington Bagley Worth Harrington Bagley was born in The Hague, Netherlands to David Worth and Mary Louise Harrington Bagley. His father was assigned as a U.S. Navy officer and he grew up at various naval installations around the world. Worth's father retired as an Admiral in the U.S. Navy and his brother, David Harrington Bagley, also retired as a U.S. Navy Admiral. In 1962, Bagley served as Naval Aide to the President's Military Representative. Bagley was promoted to the four-star rank of Admiral on 1 September 1973 and was assigned as Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Naval Forces Europe (CINCUSNAVEUR).
