Corporal Warren Julius Shepherd (28 September 1871- 22 April 1942) was a U.S. Army soldier who received the U.S. military's highest award for valor, the Medal of Honor, for his heroic actions during the Spanish-American War.

Warren Julius Shepard was born on 28 September 1871 in Cherry Tree, PA, and entered the Army from Westover, PA. He was sent to fight in the Spanish-American War with Company D, 17th U.S. Infantry where he received the Medal of Honor.
